Doing some cured pork neck right now, basting with good old Canadian maple syrup. The only thing that sucks is that its dark now and cold! But really enjoy bacon off the egg.Ottawa Valley, Ontario

When the weather sucks, I like doing something like a spatchcock or some kind of large protein. Doing the larger meats means I don't have to run in and out to flip or check on the food.Steven

Well it's raining here in IL as well and I just went out and filled my large getting ready to egg a nice pork loin tonight. I will serve it with heated Blue's Tenn Red as a finishing sauce plus acorn squash filled with butter, hot maple syrup and pecan pieces. Might be ugly outside, but inside it's a comfort food Sunday night!Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.
