Wolf Claws- awesome shredders(you'll never shred pork with a fork again), they also work really good for removing bigger items from the egg like spatchcock and roast. I like the wolf claw brand because there is no crevices, so cleaning takes two seconds.
As far as removing the grate, I like the grill gripper.
Of course, I like all the stuff everybody else has listed too. Some I have and some I want.

No sir.. at least not from me.tarheelmatt said:badinfluence said:@tarheelmatt yep that's what I said...lol pulled pork is the correct way. If I wanted to cut it I'd just do a loin.
oh lord this could get ugly...lolIt wasn't until later in my adult life I found about about "pulled pork" was and is. It is just called BBQ in my neck of the woods. I just like to raz the yankees. My wife is from Ohio, so when I cook BBQ, every time they call it "pulled pork", I correct them. My mother-in-law asks me "do you have any of the yankee sauce"? Lol.. That is just some thick Sweet Baby Rays or something. She doesn't care for the dip I make.
As a northerner I can confirm that we buy sweet baby rays in bulk quantities.Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle -
