Going to pull and let them rest for 10min.
On the plate and ready to eat a real good Chicken meal with Brussels Sprouts

Looks like a great recipe and great cook. Quick question... the recipe says skinless thighs but I noticed you, as well as many photos in the recipe, had skin on. I'm debating which way to go when I try this. btw, no way pepper flakes, cayenne and paprika are all optionally for mecanuckland
