Besides turkey

Options
I'm gonna cook a turkey but need another meat. Done prime rib, ham fresh and smoked, pork butt, ribs what are some other choices

    Yea I was thinking about that I've done them before I'm just trying to do something different. I've done leg of lamb also

    I was trying to come up with something different too and I'm leaning toward meatballs. Can't wait to see what others suggest. ;;)

    I do the same thing each year: spatchcocked turkey and a ham. To late for this year but next year will follow your lead.
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    +1 on crown pork, or if you can, a pork loin, want to get creative, stuffed pork loin.

    @jscarbro‌ be careful with pork loin since they are lean and can dry out easily. Make sure you inject it and give the injection time to set it. Given the choice I prefer the bone in loins and I French the bones. I also cover the bones with foil so they don't char. Presentation is important on Thanksgiving.

    We're not doing bird at all.  Stuffed Swordfish on the grill.
