@Mickey- Is the MM living up to expectations so far?

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

That looks crazy good @mickey !!! I would have guessed it would have been dry as all get out. Was it pretty easy to pull/shred?

Looks like a winner to me brother Mick. Question, what's the difference in Duke mayonnaise and any other mayonnaise? Never have tried the Dukes.
@SGH - Dukes has no sugar and has more of a twang taste compared to Kraft, but I've never tried Hellmans but I assume it  may have sugar as well.

Did these Country style ribs with Duke's Yellow....awesome turnout.

I have some venison backstraps thawing now, I will try Duke's on them !!!!!!

Thanks   @Mickey .  I want to try this PTL with Dukes...like others said, SWMBO will not eat rare/med rare PTL, and I don't like it 'done'. Maybe the Duke's will solve our disagreement.

Thanks for posting another awesome cook.

Lotsa stores in Texas. MS too. For me, NJ or NH are the closest. If my taste test tells me it's THAT much better than Hellmans, I'll get some when I go to VA. Will probably do that anyway.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Which one is best? Regular Dukes or the one with Olive Oil?

No offense meant. But at your request I will drop the brother moniker when addressing you in the future. Again, no offense meant on my part at all.

As you can see it is not dry. Easy to pull with the bear claws.

@Mickey you already like the MM over the larges and mini? Wow, glad you're enjoying it.

@SGH if you can't find the Dukes local let me know and I'll send you some to try. Bama mayo is another good choice if you haven't tried it.

Thanks man. That is very kind of you. I checked the Dukes locator and it said Piggly Wiggly, Walmart and Winn Dixie carries it. I must have just never noticed it. Going to check it out tomorrow. Again thanks for the kind offer.

I just got some Duke's. Compared to Best Foods/Hellman's, it's saltier and tangier.

I used it on a whole wheat sandwich of leftover New York strip sliced really thin, avocado, onion, lettuce, and horseradish sauce mixed in with the mayo. And Famous Dave's spicy pickles. Best meal I've had in a while.

Hey Judy.  I also mixed some horseradish in with my Duke's on a rib sandwich this week. It gave everything just the right punch to bring out a lot of flavors. Glad you mentioned that...I had forgotten after looking at all this food porn !!!! I think someone else mentioned it the other day, is where I got the idea.

@SGH. Personally I did not like the Dukes with olive oil, nor the low fat blue lablel. For this southern boy its the real thing (yellow label) all the way.
