Hello folks, I am new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself. I have been grilling/smoking for last 6 years but new to the Kamado style cooking. I purchased BGE large two weeks ago and so far love the Kamado. So far I made 2 whole chickens and 2 racks of ribs and they came out great.
