I wanted to up date you on our conversation about the Pork Butt Bites/Burnt Ends, I wimped out and decided to just do pulled pork, I leave for Mexico for 2 weeks this Wednesday and needed to cook a sure thing and didn't want to risk trying something new with company coming over. It's on the top of my list when I get back. Here is the butt in question 9 hrs at 275 indirect with a IT of 190, getting close

    Looks like a winner to me my friend. When you get back from your trip, give the burnt ends a shot and see what you think. Just curious, is your trip business or please? In 2006, I was still working with Siemans/Westinghouse and worked at CFM Power in Tula, Mexico. Had a blast why I was down there.

    Oh I will be trying them when I get back, I have a Holiday party that I will make these for as a app.

    I am going to Mexico to perform, I am a Comedy Magician and Hypnotist and work several Resorts in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, I stay in Playa Del Carmen and perform my show at 5 different Resorts a week while I am there.

    @Grillmagic‌ we saw you this summer at Dreams Puerto Aventuras! We were there in July and my son was sitting about in second row on the end and he did everything that you had folks on stage doing. Great show, very family friendly!

    If any of you eggheads happen to come across Chuck's show, go! Take the kids! It was a blast!

    It's a living, I have been through the Panama Canal 20 times, I'm a Million Miler in the air and now tell people I work for free and get paid to travel. 

    What can I say, I am one of the better cheaper acts.

    Not a whole lot, I just performed at the Beau Rivage a couple months ago for a health care conference, when I am not on a cruise ship or at a resort it's mostly corporate shows closed to the public. I have also performed at the Hard Rock in Biloxi.

    No Special powers Tiger Tony just a lot of knowledge on how the mind works, nothing any 12 year can't do with 20 year experience/practice.
