OT - Pappy's Smokehouse StL

Hello All,
I had the chance to visit Pappy's Smokehouse in St. Louis this week and wanted to give them a very strong recommendation. Not only was the food amazing, but the decor, the music, the service, and the the overall experience were just awesome. The owner, Mike Ererson, came out to chat with us personally and we watched as the line grew and grew until it was out the door (even on a cold Thursday lunch-time). The BBQ is served simply, with sauce on the side, but man is it good! I wasn't a huge fan of the vinegar slaw (celery seed was overwhelming to my taste) but everything else was spot on!
If you ever have the chance stop in and give them a shot, but endeavor to show up early!
