Not sure what to egg today / tonight...
Thinking about trying to make burnt ends from either a chuck roast or boneless pork country ribs... Maybe both.
First real chilly air of the season moved in last night and figures to be here for while...
Pics later no matter what I'm cooking... Also will likely experiment with a new toy for pictures, I can even transfer the pics to my phone via WIFI

No Eye-Fi, the WIFI is just one feature
Birthday and Christmas gift (allowed to get for myself) B&H has the A77II on sale for $300 off till today. With Live View and the LCD, focus peaking, and other features, it will help me get some of the images I haven't been for the last couple of years. With my eyesight getting a little worse, shooting with progressive lenses is very difficult to see what I'm shooting at, especially when I want to get a different perspective instead of all at head height on a tripod. The picture of Elise was taken at waist level with me looking down onto the LCD screen...

Picked up two chucks and an organic boneless butt that I am going to cut into steaks before throwing them on so there will be more surface area for bark...
Indirect at about 250 or so, up to 160IT, into foil pans and covered till about 200IT, then cubed up and back into the pans uncovered for another hour or so

The camera looks pretty legit. 12fps at 24mp is awesome. That would be great for sports stuff. And the wifi to smart phone would come in very handy.2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer,express smoker and 40" smoking cajun

There's gonna be a learning curve for sure... I've had the A700 for 8 years now and I shoot without thinking about it LOL...
