BBQ'd Shrimp & Grits on the Mini Max

Due to my work schedule today, I needed a quick and easy meal tonight. I threw some grits in the rice cooker and fired up the Mini Max. I skewered some shrimp and seasoned them with @meatchurch Honey Hog Hot rub. The Mini Max tempo was at 500F. A quick sear for the shrimp on each side, then I brushed them with The Shed BBQ Sauce and let it caramelize. This was SUPER quick and easy and tasted great!
