Those are my FireWires dammit. Been trying to win some for months. Mine! Come home to daddy little wires. Edit: sorry folks got the first class upgrade on the flight home and ETOH is flowing. Actually the shrimp and grits look great. One of my family's fav dishes.Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here. Very Extremely Stable Genius.

I think even more important than getting a good recipe for grits are getting good grits. I order mine from http://mcewenandsons.com/index.php, but I know there are other providers, I know @eggcelsior likes Geechie Boys grits; I've never gotten grits from Anson Mills, but I have gotten their rice and it is fantastic.LBGE
