In very tired and run down today. That said I broke out the crock pot to make some red beans with double sausage. Canned biscuits and rice as well. And what short cut meal would be complete without a little extra, extra sweet tea. Sorry for the simplicity today my friends, but I'm really under the weather.

    That looks pretty good from where I'm sitting. I just threw on some boneless skinless breasts today. Didn't take pics because it wasn't anything special. As long as it tastes good who cares how easy it is.

    I posted these beans more out of habit than anything. It's funny how after a while that you just instinctively reach for the camera when cooking. It's kind of sad actually.
