The Mini Max Kills It Again!

I'm trying to explore the low and high temp capabilities of the Mini Max. Tonight was a couple of 10oz filets. I used the reverse sear method. Started them at 250. Pulled them at 115IT. Removed the Plate Setter, opened the bottom vent and removed the daisy wheel. The Mini Max reached 650F in a matter of about 4 minutes. Then I put a nice seared crust on them. I am REALLY digging this Mini Max!
