Made a couple pizzas on the MM tonight. Used th epubblix multi grain dough. Wifes got pizza sauce, red onions, green olives, mozz, and six italian cheese. Mine I used blues hog original, green olives, red onion, chopped pork, both cheeses, and pickles. The set up is teh MM plate setter with an old mini fire ring with the 10" stone on that. Dome was stabilized between 600-700 for both pizzas. Cook times was about 6 minutes for hers since she likes them a little doughy and about 8 minutes for mine. The MM nailed pizza and sat at 600 plus for an hour easily.

Thanks guys. I have a container or old egg parts and accessories and that combo got to the height I wanted.

Nice pizza , and points for the improvisational skills with the raised rig!! Looks like it really helped with crispiness, fast cooking, etc.
