Need Ideas

I was gifted some beef and there are a couple items that I need some ideas for. Beef roast and round steak. I do not have a dutch oven so if I make a stew it won't be on the BGE.

I also have some pork loin chops I need to do something with.

I would smoke the beef and then do pulled Guinness beef. It can be done in a disposable foil pan.

Not sure exactly what cut Beef Roast is but if it's a chuck roast here is a great recipe. My wife actually prefers it over pulled pork. http://wolfepit.blogspot.com/2009/10/pepper-stout-beef.html?m=1
