Good Morning,

We hope you can join us at the 2nd Annual Pensacola EggFest this November 15th, 2014. http://pensacolaeggfest.com has all the details and you can follow us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/pensacolaeggfest . We had 75 Eggs lit up and cooking last year and over 1000 in attendance. Thanks to everyone who cooked, tasted and helped organize the event. We raised a lot of money for charity and hope to increase it this year. You may have seen this image floating around on the web...carved by one of our EggChef's at the event last year! I'm the event chair, so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to email or call me. We had teams from FL, AL, GA, LA and MS last year...we have added a TX team already this year...don't miss it.

Just an update: Just over a month and half away and we have 34 registered teams and a couple of really awesome judges. First, Chris Grove from Knoxville,Tennessee http://www.nibblemethis.com/ will be here and helping us judge all the killer food. Chris is the author of the Kamado Cookbook. Next, we have Big Moe Cason! If you know Eggs, you know Big Moe! www.ponderosabbq.com to quote him "I live it. I breathe it. I AM BBQ."

Less than two weeks until Pensacola Eggfest! www.pensacolaeggfest.com. I know we have some out of towners coming, if you have any questions on hotels, restaurants or others...don't hesitate. My email is on the site or you can message me here. Our FB page has EggChef Profiles and lots of details too. So excited that Moe Cason and Chris Grove will be judging...these guys know BBQ! We still have a few cooking spots open and right now the forecast is sunny, high of 61 and gorgeous!
