Meeting the Daughter's new Boyfriend

My only daughter has a new boyfriend that she wants us to meet and requested ribs for the inaugural meeting of said boyfriend. How could I say no?
I needed to mulch the leaves and clean the yard up a bit so the egg got stabilized at 250° and ribs went on for a set and forget it cook.
Membrane gone and rubbed with a custom blend rub that has a mix of BBB in it. No mustard just rub

After about 2 1/2 hrs in the hickory & cherry smoke

The 1/2 of the one on the right will be mine because I added some cayenne to it. I think I will leave it dry.
Will report back later once the house has been cleared.

    Best thing I ever saw in a movie is when Martin Lawrence met his daughters date with will smith. It's on you tube. Language is a little strong but its hilarious. Search "bad boys 2 Reggie" btw ribs look great.

    It always makes a good impression to be setting at the table cleaning your Gun. Be sure to explain that she is your only daughter and must be treated with the utmost respect. The Ribs look awesome and I am sure he will enjoy them.

    As long as he's got a good head and more importantly treats my daughter and granddaughter like they are queens I can look past that if I don't look directly at the rings. Classy tats are cool but most of the kids just get ink to have ink and have no idea what it's about.

    My favorite was the time my younger daughter brought the new BF over while I was practicing tomahawk throwing.

    XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

    Read an article a few days ago about Senate majority leader Harry Reid(D) ... who, while courting the high school sweetheart (who would become his wife), punched out his future father-in-law because he told him he couldn't date his daughter.

    The moral to this story - be on guard at all times for his left hook.

    The first time I met my wife's father he was cleaning a bear he just killed. He looked me square in the eye and said, "I can kill a bear with a knife, what do you think I could do to you with my bare hands?" Needless to say I have always treated his daughter well.

    I'm sure he's a great guy. Just having a little fun. But I'm 100% serious if he was a vegetarian I believe it's a common courtesy to punch him at least twice in the face

    My daughter is 13 and when the day comes for her to date I am going to tell him, "Son just remember I am not afraid to go back to prison". 

    I think that will work.
