Not sure why, but I got a bit of a creative bug this year.
Started out smoking some ribs.
Then assembled this meatloaf and put it on the small.
And put it together:
And then we got the pizza shop setup:
And turned out a few of these as well:
Happy Halloween everyone!

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out. -
Digging the meatloaf.

@SGH @theyolksonyou @fusionhq @Dobie @blind99Thank you. I had a red bell pepper I was going to stuff with something red and runny and place in the "chest" of ribmonster with a knife protruding, but ran out of time.As it was, even with feeding the neighbors, we had way too much food. SWMBO also mixed up some chili with beans and had it simmering in the crockpot. That is a full size sheet pan, 18" x 26". I think I got it at Restaurant Store, and it looks like there is one in Baltimore.Note, this will not fit a standard residential oven or fridge. But for staging and serving, works great. It is a bit of a pain to clean in a standard sink though...They/Them

@dmw - Yeah I want to use them to prep meat on and I can just take it out back and wash it and spray it off with a hose. I have been meaning to pick up a few but your post made me remember that I have yet to grab them. Thanks for the link.XL BGEJoe JRBaltimore, MD

Those finished ribs look awesome....Bone pulling back nicely, looks like a great char on the outside

@Gatabites Yes, RD will have them. Pretty much any restaurant supply store. I have 1 full size, 1 3/4, and 4 1/2 size. I always use the smallest size possible and the 1/2 size work great in the oven/fridge.They/Them
