Got some really thick chops at the store yesterday. We rubbed with some Dizzy dust. Put them on the egg at about 550 to sear, After searing put in the place setter and let them run at about 400 until done at temp of 150. They were tender and juicy, served them with some red mashed potatoes and corn. Delicious !!
