Got some really thick chops at the store yesterday. We rubbed with some Dizzy dust. Put them on the egg at about 550 to sear, After searing put in the place setter and let them run at about 400 until done at temp of 150. They were tender and juicy, served them with some red mashed potatoes and corn. Delicious !!

@jeremiah That is one of the Rusty Wallace race cars. My wife bought me a session, supposedly they are retired NASCAR.My dream has always to race, but 20 yrs in the Navy really hindered that dream. Now I am to old . I had a blast doing this. She bought it for me last Christmas and I did it in June. I can never explain the feeling I had doing the 10 laps, It was near sexual !! lolDanville, Il
