CORNBREAD COOKED ON THE BGE

My second Arkansas cornbread baked on the BGE at 450F.  Put on the top rack   Took about 20 minutes.  It's made with fine cornmeal, two slices of bacon chopped up, buttermilk, egg, salt, soda.  Just the real thing.  No sugar and no flour.  Eat it with a mess of mustard greens and a glass of buttermilk.  WOW damn that was good.imageimage
