Easy dinner tonight

Brined a bone-in turkey breast on Monday, then pulled it out on and let it sit on a rack for 24 hours.  Today, I rubbed it with butter, then rubbed it with Mickey's Coffee Rub.  Roasted at 400 with cherry wood.

Served w/ Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans.
