Anyone w. a good yak burger recipe?

Visited a co-op yesterday that advertises how much of the fresh foods are grown within a short radius. I was looking for some lamb, no luck. But the bin where the lamb was supposed to be was filled w. ground yak. I had to think about it for a few minutes, but decided to get a pound of nice Indiana yak.

Any ideas? And what kind of wood for smoke
