By the way, that is a boneless piece of meat.

Mark The Newbie,[p]Pork loin is a lean piece of meat(no low and slow...).[p]First season heavily with a dry rub like Dizzy Dust. I'd cook it @300(with a couple of chunks of hickory or oak) until it reaches 150 internal(a little pink is okay). Pull, rest for 10 or 15 minutes, then slice and serve.[p]I don't really know the specified time per pound, but these things cook pretty fast.

My pork loins have been taking about 1 hour ten minutes to reach around 148-150 internal temps. That's direct at 300 dome.

Jake, that pork loin that took 1 hour and 10 minutes, how much did it weigh? Thank you guys for responding.

Mark,
Mine was probably smaller but yours should only take a little longer. Do you have internal themometer? If not, it works great for me and inexpensive.
