Been craving a beef roast with vege's and told my wife to pick one up at the store. She misunderstood and came home with a pork roast. Its about 3 1/2 lbs. I have actually never cooked a pork roast. You guys cook them on the egg? What the best way to cook them. Thanks!

You could also cook it low & slow too like a pork but or turbo. It doesn't have to go to 195 like pulled pork. I see Doc went to 145, but it would be ok to go to 165 too. Season it with what ever you like on your pork. I like Doc's way though, gets it done quicker.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.
