One Cook, One Pic

Decided to half spatch a 5lb yard bird. Rubbed half with Loveless Cafe Peach Rub and made an Adobo paste with onions,garlic, Guajillo peppers and chicken stock for the other half. For the side it was yellow & red sweet peppers with onions tossed with Pineapple Head. Only got a plated shot of the Adobo Chicken. The other half will go for Egg Rolls later in the week.
