Thought I would give it a shot. Can't make pizza worth a crap so what do I have to lose.
Set up. Indirect with with plate setter legs down. Pizza stone on top of plate setter.
Cooker. Large BGE.
Temp. 575 degrees.
Lump. 50/50 OO & RW.
The results. Pending.
