Thanks for putting this together!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I made the white chicken chili last night.Per the recipe, was a tad too spicy. Had to tone it down a bit w/ lime juice, more chicken stock and some yogurt. It's now in the rotation!New Albany, Ohio

I'm super eager to try the well deserved Championship Smoked Mojo Pork with Black Beans and Rice recipe. Seems way more complex than any other entry at the fest, but man, it looks great!Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

The chili was the bomb. It was a little spicy but I liked it like that. A lot of good food there and I picked up several tips and the wife had fun too so that made it all the better!

Me too but SHMBO has been having "stomach issues", tasted it and said I won't be able to eat that. So, I wasn't about to throw out the whole batch not to mention the time/effort and the boneless chicken thighs cooked on the egg! What was odd for us is neither recalled the chile tasting so spicy at Eggtoberfest.Regardless, all's well that ends well.It was great again - if not better - for lunch today.New Albany, Ohio

Next time you try it. Only use like 2 Tbsp of the green chiles or 2 seeded diced jalapeño peppers. The recipe got messed up on the card. I hope this helps.Detroit, MIYOLO... It's like Carpe Diem for idiots. -
