pig head question

I remember a post from not to long ago about a pig head, and just can't find it right now on my phone. I'm wanting to do one only cause it's something way different than I've ever done, and seems like it will be fun. My butcher shop is closed today and I don't even know if I can get one from them. My main question is when you get one will the brains and everything else all still be in tact?

Everything is in there, brains eyes...Leave them--- Scrub it good, I do recommend brining it over nigh......if your butcher has pig skin, buy it, you will want to wrap the snout and ears, this works better than foil
