Our company hit some of the historic sites in St Augustine today. My bride went and did some shopping and then came home to try to get caught up on work so she's ahead of the eight ball this week. I chilled with my girl Lili Ann and our kitties watched some football. Listened to the Bronco game via iHeart Radio. Made my dough early so as to give it plenty of time to prove. All 4 pies turned out nicely with crisp crust and solid flavor. Found my dough is happiest at 730℉-760℉

I tried today while I was mowing the yard and every station was blacked out?I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
