Was texting back and forth with @TNegg yesterday and she mentioned me starting an eggfest here.
This is basically just a thread to see what kind of interest there is from eggers close to middle TN.
I figure the first one will just be a get together to meet each other, egg and drink. No big deal. No tasters or competition. Probably next spring as winter is sneaking up on us. Naturally anyone would be welcome. I can figure out a place.
If you might be interested just pm me your phone number, handle and name and we'll start a group text.

All the best on that project. If I can do anything.....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Build it and they will come. Want to keep it casual or maybe get Hearth and Grill in Nashville (or other egg dealer) to sponsor? Are we talking low key -- a single egg and someones back yard or are we talking transport, tents, food coordination, etc.?

@Raymont ...probably extremely casual. I could speak with the dealer in Murfreesboro. If it's only a few we could do it at my place. ..plenty of prep area, sink, fridge. .. if not we could rent a pavilion. I'd like to stay out of Nashville. If we did have several, 10 to 15 eggers and wanted tasters maybe we invite the fire halls, emt, or teachers...a community event.
