Still waiting on this one my friend. This is my kind of cook. If time ever allows, we should get together and run the Meat Monster up side of Unit 7 and see how they each perform. @4runner yes it is in my garage...lol no real reason for the foil other then easier clean up. I only use the temp probe to monitor grate temp. Other then that I will use my thermopen to temp the meat.
