Done this before, Eggcelect results.......Pig Skin Stuffed With Pig Parts....don't know how to post sequential pictures so..... Pig skin with Chorizo, pig youngest tails, ears trotters, melts kidneys and ears and of course snouts.. Will go on around midnight , comes in around 20 lbs..... Ears trotters, snouts lend well to boiling, this method of wrapping in pig skin steams and has great results...progress pics with Patron later.... Sorry @SGH about the bad tie job......and oh ya, plenty of cheek meat in there

Pulled at 190, removed the first layer of skin....the second layer, candy...the ears trotters and melt, amazing.....will dig through to the tongues and cheek in a bit..........certainly not a cook people are going to try, but if you like unique flavors and textures, this is awesomeVisalia, Ca @lkapigian
