After the clean burn that I did after last sessions lollipops it left the egg nice and clean. Fresh RW burning.
My set-up.
First pie was HuskerMaMa's Paleo (if ya want the recipe I'll post it).
2nd went to my Mom.
Neighbor to our right was waking his dog and thought I bet he & his Mrs would like a pie. Delivered one to them.
Our neighbor to our left (one of HuskerMaMas BFFs/ our friend) just got home so I sent them over one also (theirs is the middle pie).

Thanks everybody! The pic showing the gap between the PS and stone with the copper 7/8" refrigeration 90°s was tricky and melted my OtterBox gel case a bit as the temp was almost 300℉. Great looking pies! @nphuskerfl - rather than cutting your dough recipe in half, how about just making up dough balls and wrapping half of them and tossing them in the freezer? Would simplify your next pizza night. Just pull out the frozen dough, thaw, roll, and go.Large (sometimes wish it were an XL) in KS
