I had to look this up, haven't heard of it at all and I would've expected this to be more visible in Austin, but seems to be a Houston thing.
I'll be open minded and try to make some adjustments this week - more vegetables wrapped in bacon!

@Eggcelsior thanks for the history lesson. Interesting. We eat plenty of veggies here but, probably wouldn't hurt us to have more of them in our diet. Do hops and barley in liquid form count?
