here's what you do....[p]possibly my wife's favorite dinner, we do this once a week easily.[p]cheapo bag of mixed field greens on a plate. sprinkle it with decent balsamic vinegar, cracked pepper and kosher salt, then maybe even some fresh grated parmesan.[p]after the steak comes off the grill, let it sit for five minutes on a plate to the side. then put one on each bed of greens, pouring whatever juice collects on the wait-plate over the greens as well.[p]you'll look like a gourmet to your guests, and all you will have done is substitued greens for the fries in your picture.[p]and you will devour the greens, too.[p]
