Turbo ribs are on

And here they are. First was just dusted with some tiger seasoning. That one got a bit crunchy on one part of the bottom. They wre okay. Second had Oakridge Dominator Sweet rib rub and then finished with a quick homemade bbq sauce of ketchup, agave, worceshire, mustard, paprika, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Let cook until no longer sticky wet - just my preference. These were good. Last had Oakridge Competition beef & pork rub, followed by sauce as above. These were yummy! It must have been the rub that made the difference. All in all, a successful cook. Fat was rendered out...hat tip to all who told me it would be...and bark, my favorite part, was definitely there and yummy. Life is good.
