My first attempt at turbo. Three racks, each with a different rub.(Am I the only one that thinks that cryovacced ribs smell heinous????) Not planning on saucing them. Egg was steady at 325 until it started to rain right when I put them on. ALSO my first time egging in the rain, but thinking since I live in the PNW it won't be my last. :(( Might have to make some adjustments for temp. Will update as the cook goes on.
