Cooking for 8-10

I have 8-10 coming over next week at my house and am looking for suggestions on what to cook. Most of my favorites recipies are usually done in a small cast iron skillet but that wont work for the number of people. I've thought about brisket and ribs but I'm not sure everyone in the crowd will be up for BBQ...Any suggestions?

Reverse sear a whole pork loin. Make a nice rub/crust (what ever is your favorite). It is a quick cook too! Take it to about 120°, rest, sear the outside till 145°. Slice and enjoy. You can add potatoes in there as well. Bacon wrapped new red potatoes are awesome. Also a rib roast (prime rib) would be great too!------------------------------

You are stirring up my appetite and Im stuck at the office! Can you let me know how long you cooked the potatoes and if you blanched them?
-
Didn't blanch them.Take new potatoesPlace in bowl (dried)Coat with canola oilSeason w/ salt, pepper, and fresh garlicWrap bacon around each potato. Skewer with toothpick.Cooked around 400°.I placed the potatoes around the perimeter of the egg where the fire ring is where it is not indirect. They cooked in about 40min. Until you can pierce with a toothpick easily. \You can do them indirect, I just didn't in this case. Just as long as they aren't direct under flames so the bacon has time to cook along with the potato.------------------------------
