Really no time to cook but wanted to. Flattened chicken breast. Roasted garlic in olive oil, removed the garlic and sautéed portobello shrooms and spinach. Added Italian sausage, mozzarella, stuffed and wrapped in bacon.

Looks delicious! Nice work. I think Ive figured out the secret egg recipe.
1. Choose a container: meat or vegetable
2. Stuff it with something good
3. Wrap in bacon.

That chicken looks great! A good wrap of bacon always makes chicken breast better. Well most food items better for that matter.Henderson TN. 1 large BGE, 1 Webber Gasser (recently seems to have converted into a warming oven)
