Cooked at the Midwest Eggfest on Saturday. Our group had every size egg burning. The 2XL is a beast. We had a 14lb brisket, 2 butts, 3 racks BB (4lb ea). No sweat. 2XL was cruising at 325, and we opened it a lot for pics. Temp didn't skip a beat.

I was there but was cooking solo so I didn't get to look around.
I made a chicken breast stuffed with diced pepperoncini peppers and wrapped with bacon, bacon wrapped pickles and bacon wrapped mushrooms. Good times and great weather.
