My custom rotisserie

I primarily came up with this to cook picanha over an open fire.
I also use it to cook chicken and hot dogs in the basket attachment.

Why would you have to close the dome? Open fire type cook. Just close the lower vent to tame the fire a little.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas
