The Beginning to a Mini BGE Weekend

The wife is out of town all weekend so I went by the butcher shop this afternoon and bought a couple of ribeyes, brats, some franks, chicken quarters and chili meat. Since it's cool and damp today I made Texas chili and baked some split top rolls. I fired up the Mini and grilled the franks and brats and toasted the rolls. A hot dog and chili dog is an easy cook to start the weekend.

Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
