The Beginning to a Mini BGE Weekend

The wife is out of town all weekend so I went by the butcher shop this afternoon and bought a couple of ribeyes, brats, some franks, chicken quarters and chili meat. Since it's cool and damp today I made Texas chili and baked some split top rolls. I fired up the Mini and grilled the franks and brats and toasted the rolls. A hot dog and chili dog is an easy cook to start the weekend.

Chicken quarters for dinner tonight. The nice thing about the Mini is it uses so little charcoal and I can have it to 500 degrees in 10 minutes. Great for 2 - 4 people.
