Friday Night Lite

After a busy day, which included a store tour with people well above my pay grade; I thought about doing a brisket overnighter. Went to Sam's but all they had were flats, no packers to be had...

Getting late and needing something for dinner; I picked up the house branded roasted garlic petite filet. I think they are tenderloin tips... Figured I'd give them a shot. Also picked a package of their Brats that I'll do tomorrow in some beer and sauerkraut...

Here are the pics from tonight. First food of the day... Hit the spot!

Did them at reg height at around 500° till the IT was 140°.
