Lovin the New CI on the Small

Options
After buying the Lodge 10" set from Amazon I have been itching to use it on the Small. Last night was some small Salmon filets seared with Jamacian Firewalk. No pics on this one. Tonight was steak and chicken fajitas. Got the pics tonight.
Sliced the meat thin and covered in JF. Had the small going at 500 with the CI on the woo.The chicken had already been removed by the time I took pics image Removed meat and added the onions, garlic, green and red peppers image Added the meats back in with some a fajita seasoning packet image And a not so good looking plated pic. These were really good. Can't wait to get my soup and chili on when it cools off a bit image

Man it looks good to me. Real good. I'm sitting here eating Chinese food looking at all this wonderful grub and it's killing me. Awesome cook!! I will gladly trade you my Chinese for it ;)

You are a tad late on the offer. All I have to trade now is a empty styrofoam tray. :D

Dayum looks good! I can't see from the pic - did you cut off a handle to get that to fit? Or did you find a pan w/o a handle?

Looks great. I have a 10" DO I use on the small and it has a lid that doubles as a pan.

If someone wants to collect pics of cooks on the small and stitch together a movie, I'll contribute.

The set I bought had the DO,skillet, griddle and a 6"skillet with a 10" lid. I need to cut the handle off the griddle so it can be used on the small.
@DMW - that is a great idea on the video. I can contribute pics but they won't be nothing like the weekend getaways from @cazzy or @R2Egg2Q

I don't have a small, but I'm all about watching the movie when it gets done. @mickey posted some videos of the mini that were awesome.

Awesome cook @Mattman3969‌. I just got a 10" CI a while back. I use it on a large. It's perfect size for cobblers, deep dish pizza and many other meals. Enjoy.
