Went Mexican!
Have a ton of leftover pulled pork and all I could think about was street tacos. Went to pick up some corn tortillas, cilantro and onion, then saw some hatch green chilies. I immediately knew what I was going to do with them and roasted them up when I got home.
Pork street tacos w/ hatch chile queso blanco
Definitely something I will do again to reuse pulled pork.

You my friend have cooked and photographed so damn many cooks. They all looked so good. THIS COOK is the best (IMO).Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I like this , did you find it hard to mask the BBQ smokey flavor of the pork? I've tried to reuse the pulled pork in other dishes but that taste came up.Seattle, WA

Awesome Caz. I really like the smokey flavor that comes through when using leftover PP in a dish like this.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
