I recently added a mini to my line up. Thus far I have absolutely loved it. I highly recommend it to everyone. I really underestimated the little cooker. If anyone has pics of their mini in action or pics of food that was cooked on the mini feel free to add them here if you like.

Not a cooking pic but here is my mini at the beach coming to temp in my new Carten. I snagged a month or so ago but didn't get it to my mini until I went down at the end of August.

@SLQandSteady That is my R and V fryer. 4Qt. And we love it.
In fact last night we had bacon wrapped tater tots with jalapeños hidden under the bacon and State Fair Corny Dogs. Only way to do these is fry.
Next is thin sliced sausage. Cook them like a potato chip. Thin and crispy.
The best is fried cubed bologna with spicy mustard.
OK I got to stop. Getting hungry.
