First week egging

My first week with the egg has been great. Coming here before purchase has helped immensely with what to buy, how to setup vents, etc! No money shots, but some obligatory photos from my first two cooks. I honestly can't believe how well the pork came out. 225-250 for about 18 hours for a 10# up to 190 IT then FTC. I have ribs wrapped and rubbed in the fridge and will put them on at lunch so their done tonight for dinner
