Just finished our new outdoor kitchen and built in the BGE. Started it off with 18 racks of ribs. They were amazing.

So to answer some of the questions - I live in Spokane, WA. So if anyone is around the area I would welcome you to come over and see it.The regular grill is there ONLY for looks and resale value someday if I ever sell. I doubt it will get used much unless it is just for hot dogs - although I did put some brots on for the workers the last day and they were just amazing. The other stuff under the counter are for storage and a frig. The waterfall in the background creates a very nice backdrop for cooking and entertaining. I also have two fire-pits - I'll attach a picture of that here. The night lighting is also pretty cool.Thank You all for your comments.
-
It is an XL Egg - then they came out with the XXL right after I got this - wish I had one - we do a lot of entertaining. This is the second time I've done 18 racks at a time.
-
Just fantastic @LLambeth! Super cook area, way cool fire pits, beautiful night lighting, and a fine looking bunch of pig there.I'm 6-7 hours south and west of you, but maybe someday.........................John in the Willamette Valley of Oregon
