First Post "Grilling Season" Weekend...
Tonight - a bone in cowboy ribeye for me and filets for the ladies from the Meat House, all being done caveman style. Asparagus and fresh beefsteak tomatoes for sides.
Tomorrow we are going out to eat at a Japanese steakhouse for my BIL's 50th... No egging but I'm sure there will be some imbibing
Sunday... Ah Sunday... Have the Eagles game, following the Falcons and Jets as well (since I picked them for a suicide pool I'm in) and then the Tiger's are the Sunday night MLB game. Not sure what I'm going to egg on Sunday...
Have a safe and happy weekend everyone!

Thanks guys...
Enjoying some baseball and cigar in the afterglow of dinner...
Tried to get a shot of the cowboy on the coals, but it was just too smokey. Got the filets though and I had a few neighbors asking what smelled so good
My girls said they were the best caveman filets that I've done to date.
Always considered this my deathrow meal )

Hapster - can't believe with the score 4-7 (Nats in the 9th) Soriano gave up walk, 2r homer followed by another hr. GRRRR.. doing it the hard way - again!!!

Looks marvelous. By looking at your pics, I think I need to get a hotter bed of coals when I do steaks on the coals. The sear on your steaks looks so much better than mine.Steven
