Breakfast on the egg?

I have a cast iron half moon grid that I cook eggs, pancakes, and hashbrowns on while I cook bacon, sausage and ham on the grid side. Eggs make some good breakfast burritos.
-
Sounds yummy...So direct heat and just use the half moon grid? Or do you utilize the plate-setter?

Have made fritta many times. http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1147316/frittata-not-just-for-breakfast-anymore A search for breakfast on this site turns up some tasty ideas.

I use direct and set the half moon on the grid

This is a really good and simple recipe:I have also done a "mountain man breakfast" in a cast iron dutch oven like this one:I didn't use a lid on the dutch oven and I just closed the dome in order to cook from the top and bottom at the same time. I may have switched to an indirect set up towards the end to keep the bottom from burning.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Sure! I use this device!Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.

Eggs in avocado. Super easy, super healthy. (until I top it with cheese and hot sauce...)

I really like @Big_Green_Craig cinnamon rolls. I've made them several times now, and they always turn out great. They do have alot of prep involved, but are worth the effort!

I can't imagine any benefit to cooking most any breakfast on the egg. Maybe one of these days I will. But I doubt it.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Eggs in avocado? Now there's something I had not thought of. Will definitely give it a try. Sounds delicious.
