Made some St Louis spares , end of the trail beans and a few poppers turned out pretty well. SWMBO tells me ribs are one of her fav cooks I do but I'm never satisfied with my ribs. These turned out ok. Cooked a lot faster than I thought they would

they were good i did one dry run with byrons and one had byrons then at the end i put on sweet baby rays
