Beer Brats one bottle of Yuengling w/ onions, multi colored bell peppers and sauerkraut.
+ Dogs
Turkey burgers. Ground Turkey, one onion, one egg, EVOO, multi colored bell peppers, roasted hatch chili, one shallot, S&P to taste. Topped with slice of provolone and American, onion, tomato and spicy mustard.

I decided to toss out my broken firebox, firering and fire grate today. This is the new replacements. But, yes they can go white again by just a high temp pizza cook or if you like a clean burn. Your pheasant cook got me to wanting some pheasant myself. Went to pick some up but they were sold out due to the holiday demand. But they had this and I jumped on it. Will pick up some pheasant next week.
